Baalam is one of the Bible’s bad guys. But he seems to be faithfully only saying what God has told him to say in this passage.
God is still reminding Job of how much greater he is.
Even Egypt will fall to Nebuchadnezzar. But there is hope for Israel.
I love the parable of the two sons. We all know people who say yes but don’t deliver and those who say no but do.
Without faith it’s impossible to please God. Run with perseverance the race marked out for you. Do not grow weary and lose heart.
