I don’t get the parable of the ten minas 
Paul not ashamed of the gospel — in his context it was positively scandalous! (Still is now tbh) that God might come down to earth to save not just the Jews but the dirty gentiles too (that’s us btw), what an obscene thing to think. But Paul is not ashamed, because it is the power and righteousness of God that saves through faith, just as it always has been.
