Both Job and Jeremiah are mindful of how much God is different from us. He’s not on our level, he is above and beyond us in every way.
Ephesians 6 is so good, I think I might start reading it once a week! Put on the armour of God to stand against the devil’s schemes. Our battle is not against flesh and blood, it’s somehow more cosmic than that. Keep praying for everyone all the time. Great advice!
Quite breathtaking speech from God about who he is in contrast to the worthless idols and other gods we’re tempted to put our trust in.
Ephesians 5 makes a lot more sense to me in the context of childbearing
