Genesis - one of the things I love about this book is that God’s chose family are pretty disfunctional. If your family isn’t perfect, that’s not a bar to being used by God.
Daniel - nope, no idea what this is about. I need some commentaries to help with that one.
Nahum - again a commentary would help set the scene. Jonah called Nineveh to repentance and it seemed to work, now Nahum is making clear that God is not happy. I feel like I should know whether this is before or after Jonah’s intervention.
Luke - Father forgive them… find it sickening that Russel Brand used these words about those making allegations against him. Clearly not at all the same thing!
Romans - Nothing can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus.
